Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon &Creamy Gouda Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic (minced)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (or grill to medium-high).
Mix brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, and garlic.
Season salmon with salt and pepper. Brush glaze over fillets.
Bake or grill for 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.

Creamy Gouda Mac & Cheese
Ingredients:
1 lb. elbow macaroni
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups shredded Gouda cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
Salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg
Instructions:
Cook macaroni per package instructions. Drain.
In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour for 1 minute.
Slowly whisk in milk and cream. Simmer until thickened.
Stir in cheeses until melted. Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Mix with pasta and serve hot.
