Dry-Rubbed Grilled Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp ground cumin

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for spice)

  • ½ tsp dried oregano

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the dry rub – In a small bowl, mix all the dry spices together.

  2. Coat the wings – Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels, then drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle the dry rub evenly over the wings, ensuring they are well coated.

  3. Preheat the grill – Heat grill to medium-high heat (375-400°F) and oil the grates.

  4. Grill the wings – Cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy and fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).

  5. Serve – Let rest for 5 minutes, then enjoy as is or toss in your favorite BBQ or buffalo sauce!
