Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for spice)
½ tsp dried oregano
Instructions:
Prepare the dry rub – In a small bowl, mix all the dry spices together.
Coat the wings – Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels, then drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle the dry rub evenly over the wings, ensuring they are well coated.
Preheat the grill – Heat grill to medium-high heat (375-400°F) and oil the grates.
Grill the wings – Cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy and fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
Serve – Let rest for 5 minutes, then enjoy as is or toss in your favorite BBQ or buffalo sauce!
🔥 Pro Tip: For extra smoky flavor, add a few wood chips to your grill while cooking!
