Meatloaf Recipe
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs. ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
½ cup milk
½ cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
For the Glaze:
½ cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp mustard
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to create the glaze. Spread it evenly over the meatloaf.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Mashed Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes, peeled and chopped
½ cup butter
½ cup heavy cream (or milk)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (about 15-20 minutes).
Drain and return to the pot.
Add butter and heavy cream, then mash until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Green Beans (Simple Side)
Steam or sauté fresh green beans with butter, garlic, and a pinch of salt for a delicious complement to your meal.
