Vegetarian Black Bean Tacos

  • 2 cups canned black beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Corn or flour tortillas

  • Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, cheese, sour cream

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add black beans and seasonings.

  2. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beans are heated through and slightly softened.

  3. Warm tortillas and assemble tacos with black beans and your favorite toppings.
