Turkey, Avocado & Bacon Wrap


 Ingredients (Makes 1 wrap):

  • 1 large flour or whole wheat tortilla

  • 3–4 slices deli turkey breast

  • 1/2 avocado, sliced or mashed

  • 2 slices cooked bacon (crispy)

  • 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves

  • 1 slice cheese (Swiss, provolone, or cheddar)

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise, hummus, or mustard (optional)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: tomato slices or thin red onion

🔪 Instructions:

  1. Cook the bacon until crispy, then set on paper towels to drain.

  2. Warm the tortilla slightly in a skillet or microwave for easier rolling.

  3. Spread mayo, hummus, or mustard down the center (if using).

  4. Layer turkey, avocado, bacon, spinach, and cheese.

  5. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

  6. Roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go.

  7. Serve cold or grilled in a pan until golden and melty, if desired.
