Grilled Ribeye Steak & Lobster Tail Recipe 🦞
Ingredients:
For the Ribeye Steak:
2 ribeye steaks (1–1.5 inches thick)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 sprig fresh rosemary or thyme
For the Lobster Tails:
2 lobster tails
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic (minced)
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
For the Baked Potato:
2 large russet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
½ cup sour cream
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp chopped chives
2 tbsp butter
4 slices crispy bacon (optional)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Baked Potatoes:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Scrub potatoes clean and pat dry. Poke holes in each with a fork.
Rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Wrap in foil or place directly on the oven rack.
Bake for 45–60 minutes, until fork-tender.
Cut open, fluff with a fork, and add butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon, and chives.
2️⃣ Grill the Ribeye Steak:
Preheat the grill to high heat (450–500°F).
Rub steaks with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Grill for about 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust for preferred doneness).
In the last minute, place a tablespoon of butter on each steak and add minced garlic and rosemary.
Remove from grill, cover loosely with foil, and let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
3️⃣ Cook the Lobster Tails:
Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top of each lobster shell and gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell.
Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
Grill shell-side down for about 5–7 minutes, basting with more butter until opaque and cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
🥂 Serving & Presentation:
Plate the grilled steak and lobster tail next to the baked potato.
Serve with a side of garlic butter and lemon wedges.
Pair with a glass of red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon) or sparkling rosé for an elegant touch.
